This is a starter notice for Conlon Web Studio, not a counsel-reviewed policy. Replace it before treating the site as a finished legal document.

The public pages describe Smart Infrastructure for local service businesses. The SI Readiness Audit at /audit asks for a website URL and an email address. Submitting it fetches that public page, scores it, shows the result, and emails the summary to the address you entered, with a copy to patconlon88@gmail.com. If mail is not configured, the report is saved for the studio and shown on the page instead. Submit a URL only if you want that page fetched.

Sign-in and sign-up, when configured, are provided by Clerk. Clerk processes account details such as your email address and session so the studio workspace at /dashboard can stay private. See Clerk's own privacy documentation for how that processor handles account data.

This scaffold does not include an analytics vendor, advertising pixels, or a customer database. The AI layer is a server-side stub and does not send prompts to OpenAI or Grok.
