Terms

This is a starter terms page for Conlon Web Studio. It is a placeholder until it is replaced with language reviewed for the business.

The public site describes Smart Infrastructure for local service businesses. Starter ($1,500), Growth ($3,500), and Smart Infrastructure ($7,500) are one project price each. Modern site capabilities and the agent-readable layer are included in that price. There is no extra monthly feature fee to unlock them. Care Lite is optional maintenance, about $150–$300 a month, and is not required to keep the site smart. A project begins only after the scope is confirmed in writing. An SI Readiness Audit submitted at /audit is not a contract. The package named with that audit is the same project price.

The signed-in workspace at /dashboard is a private shell for operating the studio. Do not share access to that area. Accounts are managed through Clerk once real keys are configured.

The site is provided as a working studio presence. It does not promise a specific ranking, lead volume, or result from AI tools. The AI layer in this codebase is stubbed and does not call a model provider.
